AUTO PAY INSTRUCTIONS:
AUTO PAY is a way to automatically pay your association fees through a service provided by Iberia Bank. It can be set up to withdraw from your Checking or Savings account or can be charged to your Credit or Debit card (*fees apply for Credit and Debit card transactions, please see form for details*). It can be cancelled at any time by notifying our office at least three days before your next withdrawal or charge is scheduled to occur.
To set up Automatic (recurring) Payments or make a One-Time Payment, please fill out the appropriate form below. If you would like to complete the form online, click on “AUTO PAY- ONLINE SIGN UP”. Please note that you will need to confirm your submission by clicking on a confirmation email after you sign up (sent to the email you provide).
If you would like to print the PDF form and then mail it to our office, click on “AUTO PAY – PRINT NOW”. Please note that we cannot take AUTO PAY requests by phone.
